Where can you find us?

Please note, during Covid-19 lockdown all our staff are working from home and we can’t offer appointments at our community locations. Please see our home page for more information. Thank you.

Please call us on 0131 556 1527 or email us if you would like to make an appointment. If you are contacting us for the first time you can also complete our simple on-line form and we will get in touch with you to arrange an intake meeting. Please see our home page for the latest information on how best to contact us.

All appointments are made through our main office. When offered an appointment please make sure you confirm with us within 24 hours that you will be attending and pay in advance so that it is not lost and offered to someone else on our waiting list.

Once counselling begins we ask you to make sure you keep your appointments. If you have to cancel an appointment, please try to give us at least 48 hours notice so that we can offer this appointment to someone else. If not you will lose your advance payment.

Unfortunately because of the pressure of our waiting list, if you miss too many sessions, you may be placed back on the waiting list to allow others to access the service.

We strive to provide a caring, efficient and effective service. We operate both a complaints procedure and an open access to records policy.
