What can we do for you?

We offer an extensive range of services, so when you contact us, our receptionist will arrange a first meeting with an intake counsellor to clarify your needs and goals. The counsellor will then recommend the right service for you. This initial meeting costs £29 and as we have many people asking for an intake meeting we will ask you to pay in advance to reserve your appointment. You can also arrange your intake meeting by completing our simple on-line form here.

We operate a 48 hours cancellation policy for all our appointments.

We are committed to a policy of equal opportunities in the provision of our services and employment practices. We offer a telephone counselling service for clients who prefer not to use Zoom* and have a British Sign Language (BSL) trained counsellor for clients who have issues around hearing. Access will never be a barrier to our service. Please tell us your needs. We are transgender inclusive and welcome the uniqueness of every relationship.

*Covid-19 prevents us from offering face to face counselling, more details are available here.
